Quotes by Karin - Book Request

At the Celebration of Life event on October 5th, hundreds of quote books were distributed as keepsakes. This 74 page collection of quotes was compiled by the readers of Karin Diamond's blog. Karin was a lover of words and storytelling. Since 2009, she publicly shared her prose with the world as she navigated trials and celebrations while deeply exploring all of human emotions. This collection is dedicated to her readers, whom she treasured, respected, and loved.

There are still some books available that have been set aside to be mailed to Karin's readers and friends who were not able to attend the Celebration of Life event. Simply fill in your information in the form below and a book will be mailed to you. Indicate if you have the need for multiple copies. That's all you need to do.

Email Craig Diamond with questions or other requests: craigtdiamond@gmail.com

  2. Dear Craig, I found Karin's blog when I was diagnosed with Hodgkins last summer. I read one July 2012 blog post and immediately went back and started at her beginning. She didn't know me but she became my friend. I looked to her posts for help, guidance, inspiration and validation of so many of my own feelings. I will miss your beautiful wife everyday. I am so sorry for your loss and the loss of the longer life she should have had. Love, Sarah

  3. Dear Craig, there are no words that I can really say. I wish only to thank you for allowing those who loved and admired Karin from a distance to participate in remembering her spirit and honesty through the sharing of her words. God bless you. Leanne P.

  4. Craig,
The celebration of life was such a great celebration in Karin's honor. I wouldn't wanted to be at any other place last Saturday. Thanks for allowing me to be part of this celebration, and may GOD bless you, her parents, family, and friends who had the honor to be part of her life.

  7. Thank you for making the book available to strangers. What a generous gesture in Karin's honor.
I check back here every couple of days, I don't know what I expect to find, maybe that she isn't really gone, I don't know.
I'm beyond sorry for your loss.

  8. My heart is saddened and heavy for your loss. I met Karin several years ago at wedding in Miami and remembering dancing the night away with her. She was so full of life and will be missed dearly by many far and near. I hope that you can find some peace through your memories of her and her beautiful words. Love, Michele

  9. Thank you for making these available Craig. I found Karin's blog last year when a close friend of mine was diagnosed and I read faithfully. Karin was a very special woman and an inspiration to many. I can't imagine the pain of her loss in your lives. Sarah B.

  10. Karin was and will always be an inspiration. Her blog was a safe haven for me while I wrote a play about my and other young adult survivors of cancer experiences. In times when it was so hard to return to memories of diagnosis and treatment or find words for those experiences, I would sign on to Karin's blog and she would be a beacon of hope --- an amazing source of words...poetry, really.

Even after completing the play, I have returned to Karin's blog time and time again to be reminded how one should live life --- fully, deeply, and with so much gratitude.

Thank you so much for continuing her spirit through the blog, Craig. Karin, you, and your families and friends will forever be in my heart and prayers.

    Warmly,
    Jill Harrison-Snyder

  12. Craig, I don't know if you even check here anymore, but I hope you see this.
I received the book of Karin's quotes several weeks ago, and wanted to thank you.
My son looked at the envelope and said "Who's Craig Diamond?" I said remember the blog I was following, and she passed away? He did remember, because the day I read about it, I gasped out loud and my son asked what was going on. I started to cry...
When I opened the envelope, and saw the photos of Karin, I burst into tears. I never met her, but felt I knew her through her writing. She really made an impact on me, and I will never forget her.
Thank you for the beautiful gift of her quotes and photos, it is a fitting tribute to such a wonderful soul.
    Hugs from my heart,
    HOLLY
